Karen Mardahl

Karen Mardahl is a seasoned professional in technical communication with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Lead Technical Writer at SimCorp since October 2012, Karen has previously held positions including Technical Writer at GRAS Sound & Vibration and BK Medical, as well as Technical Communicator and Content Strategist at Omada A/S. Karen's involvement with the Society for Technical Communication spans multiple roles, including Webmaster and SIG Manager for various Special Interest Groups from 2006 to 2014. Karen holds a BA in English from Carleton College, which complements a diverse skill set focused on accessibility, content strategy, usability, and user experience.
