Mohamed Hajjout serves as Vice President of Global Product Support at SimCorp, where responsibilities include leading over 120 service and software professionals and transforming the operating model to enhance both SaaS and BPaaS offerings while ensuring efficient support for on-premise clients. Additionally, Mohamed contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA). Mohamed previously held various leadership positions within SimCorp, such as Director of Global Customer Support, where the focus was on expanding support to North America and APAC, and Director of Global Support Europe, overseeing the transformation of support operations into a unified global organization. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Manager of Development and Manager of Customer Services within SimCorp Central Europe, along with a position as Senior Business Consultant at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA. Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Technische Universität Darmstadt and completed a Triple Crown program in 2012.
