Brian Oehlke

Brian Oehlke has a long history of working in the technology industry. Brian began their career in 1988 as a CO-OP Student at AMD. In 1991, they joined IBM as an Associate Engineer in the RS/6000 Division, where they worked on hardware development. In 1998, Brian became a Field Applications Engineer for Insight Electronics, where they were responsible for demand creation, securing design wins, and providing technical support for Xilinx Inc. products and services. In 2006, Brian moved to Arrow Electronics as a Field Applications Engineer, where they supported Altera Inc. products and services. In 2015, Brian joined Intel Corporation as an Applications Engineer, where they worked closely with strategic partners to bring platforms and ecosystem solutions to market. Finally, in 2018, Brian became a Field Applications Engineer at Graphcore, where they provided support for OEM integrations, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and customer applications. In 2022, Brian began working as a Senior Field Application Engineer at SiMa.ai, a machine learning company delivering the industry’s first software-centric purpose-built MLSoC platform.

Brian Oehlke obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 1986 and 1990. In April 2015, they earned a Heterogeneous Parallel Programming certification from Coursera Verified Certificates.
