Melissa Jones

Melissa Jones is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Simbec-Orion Group since April 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa held various leadership positions at Synexus Clinical Research Ltd, including Commercial Director and Vice President of Business Development. Additional experience includes working as a Commercial Business Consultant at Independent Pharma Consultancy and as Vice President of International Business Development at Premier Research Group. Earlier roles involved directing business development efforts at Kendle International and managing accounts at Quintiles and Innovex Ltd. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Portsmouth.
