Hemant Kumar Shekhawat

Hemant Kumar Shekhawat is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and personnel management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Simbhaoli Sugars Limited since September 2014, Hemant oversees all HR activities. Prior to this role, Hemant worked at Gobind Sugar Mills from June 2006 to September 2014 as Manager Personnel & Legal, where responsibilities included personnel administration, security management, welfare programs, trade union dealings, legal compliance, and industrial relations. Hemant holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on industrial relations and personnel management from MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, with studies in industrial chemistry and zoology from R S M Degree College Dhampur Bijnor, earned in 1999.
