Eo Shao Yim

Shao Yim is currently working as the Innovation, Business Development & New Ventures at Sime Darby Plantation, where Shao Yim, is responsible for promoting innovation culture, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing innovation ideation pipeline. Shao Yim, is also the Co-Founder of Sustainkita, a sustainability and ESG initiatives company. In the past, Shao Yim has held various roles such as President at Malaysian Bioscience Scholars and Research Intern at Malaysian Palm Oil Board. Shao Yim, holds a BSc. in Biotechnology from UCL and has pursued additional education in financial modeling, environmental, social & governance, and sustainable supply chain management.
