Fiona Fan

Fiona Fan is the Regional HR Manager at Sime Darby Plantation since February 2022. Prior to this, Fiona held various HR roles at NAIM Holdings Berhad from October 2013 to January 2022, including Deputy Head of HR, Senior Manager, Manager of Training & Development, and Assistant Manager of Training & Development. Before their time at NAIM Holdings Berhad, Fiona worked at Humanagement Development Consulting from August 2002 to September 2013 as an Assistant Manager of HRD, Senior Executive of HR, and Executive of HR. Fiona holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the same university. Fiona completed their Malaysian Higher School Certificate at St. Thomas' Secondary School and their Malaysian Certificate of Education at St. Mary's Secondary School.
