Megat Tariq Megat Nasir is the Head of Performance and Organisational Development at Sime Darby Plantation. Megat Tariq has extensive experience in designing new performance management frameworks and implementing people initiatives. Prior to their current role, Megat Tariq worked at companies such as Photobook Worldwide, Aon, Hay Group, and EY, focusing on performance management, talent management, and organisational design. Megat Tariq holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from International Islamic University Malaysia.
