Rafidah Yahya

Rafidah Yahya currently serves as a Manager (AVP) at Sime Darby Plantation, focusing on Social Standards and Governance (SSG) & human rights in Malaysia. Before this role, Rafidah held various positions at the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), including Deputy Secretary in different departments. With a background in Human Rights Law and Business Administration, Rafidah has extensive experience in promoting human rights education, coordinating international engagements, and implementing policy and research activities. Prior to their work at SUHAKAM, Rafidah also worked as a Customer Service Officer at Citibank.
