Raphael Chiu

Raphael Chiu has extensive work experience in various industries. Raphael began their career at Accenture, where they worked as an Analyst and Consultant in the Financial Services sector. Raphael then progressed to the role of Manager. After their time at Accenture, Raphael joined Malaysia Airlines, where they held multiple positions including VP of Performance & Remuneration and Manager of Project Management. Raphael later joined Sime Darby Berhad, where they served as the Head of Performance & Rewards in the Group HR department. Most recently, Raphael held the position of Head of Performance and Rewards at Sime Darby Plantation.

Raphael Chiu obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Management from Monash University, which they attended from 1992 to 1995.
