Arizz Azhar

Arizz Azhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and innovation management. Currently serving as the Manager of Innovation and R&D at Sime Darby Property since July 2019, Arizz leads efforts to institutionalize innovation within a traditional framework and fosters disruptive ideas in the real estate sector. Prior to this role, Arizz held the position of Assistant Manager in Product Development & Transformation Projects at Sime Darby Property, focusing on design aesthetics across integrated projects. Previously, Arizz was a Registered Architect with Fender Katsalidis, where expertise in concept design, client interaction, and persuasive communication was acknowledged. An early career as a Graduate Trainee in Property Development at SP Setia laid a strong foundation for future endeavors. Arizz holds various degrees in architecture and related fields from prestigious institutions, including a Master's Degree from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Environments from the University of Melbourne.
