Arvind Auradkar

Arvind Auradkar has a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) development and implementation. Arvind started their career at Delta Air Lines in 2017 as an Oracle Access Management Consultant, where they implemented and supported IAM environments using Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory, and Oracle Access Manager. Arvind developed and deployed plugins for bulk load and security and worked on various configuration tasks such as lookup configuration data and form creation.

In 2019, Arvind joined Schneider as an Information Technology Solutions Developer Sr. Here, they gained extensive experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and other products of Oracle Identity and Access Management. Arvind performed performance tuning of OAM, OIM, and WebLogic to enhance system performance and stability. Additionally, Arvind customized connectors according to business requirements for provisioning and reconciliation procedures.

Most recently, in 2021, Arvind joined Simeio as an Identity and Access Management Developer. Arvind applied strong project management discipline, designed and implemented user identity life cycle in Saviynt using technical rule sets, and worked on Saviynt Workflow design for different approval levels.

Throughout their career, Arvind has demonstrated expertise in IAM development and implementation, customization of connectors, performance tuning, and project management.

Arvind Auradkar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Learning Security Frameworks and Web Security: OAuth and OpenID Connect from LinkedIn, which were acquired in December 2021.
