Carolina Fallas has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Carolina started their career at Tim Hortons in 2001 as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for warehouse inventory, order processing, staff management, goods production monitoring, and money control. Carolina then transitioned to the IT industry and joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2007. During their time at HP, Carolina held various roles including Technical Solutions Specialist, Incident Lifecycle Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and QA Auditor. Carolina managed project life cycles, coordinated resources, ensured documentation compliance, and handled escalations and outage notifications. In 2016, they joined IBM as an IT Project Manager and had overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. In 2021, Carolina joined Kyndryl as a Project Manager, overseeing projects until 2023. Carolina is currently working as a Project Manager at Simeio, starting in 2023. Carolina's extensive background in project management and technical expertise make their a valuable asset in the field.

Carolina Fallas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Fidélitas, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2006, they obtained a certification in ETS TOEIC from ETS TOEIC. In 2005, Carolina also received training in English from the Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano.

In terms of additional certifications, Carolina obtained the Registered Scrum Master™ certification from Agile Education by Scrum Inc.™ in January 2022. In May 2021, they earned certifications in Agile Foundations and Fundamentos de la gestión de proyectos ágil from LinkedIn. In March 2016, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2014. Lastly, Carolina obtained the ITIL certification from CSME, Inc. in November 2011.
