Debashis Mohapatra

Debashis Mohapatra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Debashis is currently the Director at Simeio Solutions, where they serve as the Global Services Leader, overseeing services delivery in IAM and managing customer engagement and relationships. In this role, they are responsible for managing multiple customers across the globe, handling both Professional Services and Operations Support, and driving existing account growth, new deals, financial evaluation, revenue/cost impact analysis, client satisfaction, and customer IAM roadmap evaluation.

Prior to their current position, Debashis held the role of Senior Manager at Simeio Solutions in 2021 and Principal Consultant from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Simeio Solutions, they worked at Mphasis as a Business Analyst from 2015 to 2018 and as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2018. In the latter role, they managed a project of 30 resources in the Insurance domain, specifically in the Actuarial business. Debashis handled both development and production support projects, both onshore and offshore, and regularly published project dashboards and metrics.

Debashis Mohapatra began their career as a Software Engineer at IBM in 2006.

Debashis Mohapatra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, from 1999 to 2003. Debashis also obtained their 10th degree from Secondary Board High School, Cuttack Odisha, from 1990 to 1995.
