About the role
We are looking for a skilled Global Enablement Specialist to support our initiatives in enabling teams across various regions.
This role requires a professional with experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies. Responsibilities include aligning training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of company strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to drive impactful results in a diverse global environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global enablement strategies.
Align training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide.
Ensure consistent execution of company strategies across regions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address training needs.
Adapt enablement programs to meet the unique needs of different regions.
Drive impactful results in a diverse global environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
Experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse global environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
