About the role

We are looking for a skilled Global Enablement Specialist to support our initiatives in enabling teams across various regions.
This role requires a professional with experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies. Responsibilities include aligning training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of company strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to drive impactful results in a diverse global environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute global enablement strategies.

  • Align training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams worldwide.

  • Ensure consistent execution of company strategies across regions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address training needs.

  • Adapt enablement programs to meet the unique needs of different regions.

  • Drive impactful results in a diverse global environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.

  • Experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse global environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
