Maitrik Kataria currently serves as the Director at Armakuni, where the focus is on leading strategic growth and building a digitally cloud-native business. With extensive experience at Simform, Maitrik has held multiple roles including CEO North America and VP of Growth and Products, responsible for leading customer experience and growth initiatives while defining strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success. Previous roles include Creative Director and UX Team Lead, where the emphasis was on user-centered design, and Sr UI UX Designer, focusing on achieving business metrics through thoughtful design. Earlier experiences include co-founding Decora Systems, where the vision was to assist customers in visualizing interior designs, and working as a UI UX Designer at SoFriendly and JMitch Consulting, concentrating on usability and branding for various industries.
