Terriekka Cardenas

Terriekka Cardenas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering consulting, construction project management, and workforce development. As President and CEO of PECS, LLC since January 2015, and an adjunct instructor at Dallas College since February 2017, Terriekka combines practical industry experience with educational contributions. Leadership roles include Executive Board Member-President at SimiDigi.com and Executive Director of the Persistence Development Foundation, where efforts focus on digital inclusion in North Central Texas. Additional positions held include Chairperson of the Board at CodeStream Studios, GLG Council Member, and CTE Advisory Board Member for the Mesquite Independent School District. Terriekka's engineering expertise was developed through previous roles at Valspar Corporation, Polynt Group, and Momentive Specialty Chemicals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa and an Associate of Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Mountain View College.
