Elan Keller, Esq. is a distinguished legal recruiting executive and founder of Endpoint Partners LLC, specializing in bespoke services for lawyers and law firms to foster meaningful relationships and enhance profitability through strategic talent integration. Currently serving as the President and Chief Talent Officer at Endpoint Partners LLC since December 2021, Elan also actively contributes to the HEAF Board of Directors and the President’s Leadership Council at the University of Delaware. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at LegalSearch, International Corporate Tax Partner at Reed Smith LLP, and Partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
