Lauren Friedman-Hoffman

Lauren Friedman-Hoffman has a diverse work experience in customer support and success roles. Lauren is currently working as a Customer Support Specialist at Similarweb since September 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at BNR Consulting IL, where they served as a Customer Success Manager from December 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held the position of Customer Success Assistant Manager from April 2021 to December 2021 and started their journey at the company as a Customer Success Associate from February 2021 to April 2021.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Matav Organization Services and Care as a Case Manager from August 2017 to February 2021, and at Veidan Conferencing Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist from October 2013 to August 2017.
