Milan Mraovic has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Milan is currently working as the Team Manager for Talent Acquisition (EMEA & APAC) at Similarweb, where they provide digital insights to help customers gain a competitive edge. Previously, at Similarweb, they served as the Team Manager for Talent Acquisition in Ukraine, overseeing the growth and hiring strategy of the Kyiv office.

Before joining Similarweb, Milan worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enavate, where they led a team in implementing strategies to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Prior to that, they were the Recruitment Lead at B2B Soft, where they created efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.

Milan'searlier experience includes working as a Business Development Manager and IT Staff Recruiter at Vitaver and Associates, where they focused on developing new business opportunities and sourcing professional candidates. Milan also had recruitment roles at Evolution Outsourcing and Empire Recruitment LTD, where they gained experience in establishing recruiting requirements, sourcing applicants, and conducting interviews.

Milan Mraovic attended The Collage of Hotel Management in Belgrade, Serbia from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they studied Restaurateur (Business and Administration). After completing their education at The Collage of Hotel Management, Milan went on to obtain additional certifications. In December 2020, they completed the "Leading People and Teams (Specialization)" program offered by the University of Michigan through Coursera. In January 2022, Milan obtained the "Getting started with Google Workspace (Specialization)" certification offered by Google Cloud through Coursera. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained the PTE Academic UKVI certification from Pearson.
