Ron Mendelson

Ron Mendelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ron started their career in the IDF as a Combat Officer from November 2005 to July 2010. After their military service, they worked as a Tutor for Micro/Macro economics and statistics at Students teaching Students from November 2013 to August 2014.

In 2013, Ron also interned at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism, where they translated papers, participated in professional forums, and provided general assistance to projects until September 2014.

Ron then had a practicum at McKinsey & Company from October 2014 to February 2015 and later at Trigger-Foresight from February 2015 to June 2015.

Starting from August 2014, Ron worked as a Sales Operations Administrator at Varonis, responsible for day-to-day processes within Sales Operations and optimizing the CRM system until March 2016.

From March 2016 to July 2018, Ron worked at EY as a Management Consultant, playing a crucial role in strategy and implementation projects. Ron'sresponsibilities included business process design, assessing and building complex business solutions, and managing large-scale transformation projects.

Most recently, Ron has been working at Similarweb since August 2018. Ron has held various roles, including Growth Manager from August 2018 to January 2020, Customer Growth Team Leader from January 2020 to January 2022, Director of Growth from January 2022 to July 2023, and currently holds the position of Director of HR Operations and Analytics from June 2023 onwards.

Ron Mendelson attended Reichman University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy. During their time at the university, they focused on the Honors Track in Decision Making and Strategic Studies.
