Tammy Peres Keinan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tammy began their career in 2007 as a Senior Instructor for the Leadership Advancement Youth Project at Atid Batuach. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Bar Ilan University.

In 2010, Tammy joined Niram Gitan Group as a Development & Design professional. Tammy then moved on to HOT, where they worked from 2011 to 2014. At HOT, they held roles as an HR - Recruitment Coordinator and later as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing senior staff and technological recruitment processes.

In 2014, Tammy joined Nova Measuring Instruments as the Global Talent Acquisition & Relocation Manager, responsible for recruitment and internal mobility strategy. Tammy also established the infrastructures for the Relocation domain within the company.

From 2018 to 2020, Tammy worked at Amdocs as an HR Business Lead, overseeing HR strategy and partnering with the General Manager of the group. Tammy managed HR teams in India, Israel, and Cyprus, and was responsible for the HR agenda and strategy in both the DigitalONE Delivery Unit & Microservices and Digital & Microservices SW Development Groups.

In 2021, Tammy took on the role of Human Resources Director at Amdocs, leading the HR agenda and strategy in the unit and supporting the General Manager of the group. Tammy managed a team of 9 members in India and Israel, overseeing close to 20 countries and 2600 employees.

Most recently, Tammy joined Similarweb in 2022 as the VP of HR for three global business divisions: Business, Marketing & Innovation, and Finance - Legal. In this role, they manage HRBP and works in a matrix with COE functions and regional HR.

Tammy Peres Keinan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University from 2006 to 2009. Tammy then furthered their education and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Organizational Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2009 to 2012.
