Laura Wilson

Laura Wilson is the current Director of Clinical Consulting at SimiTree. Laura has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry, which they utilize to aid post-acute organizations in achieving excellence in all aspects of their operations. Laura is passionate about engaging home health, hospice, and private duty organizations in meeting the challenges of population health.

Prior to their current role, Laura served as an Area Vice President for Kindred at Home, where they were responsible for 16 home health locations in five states. Laura has also held positions as the Director of Home and Community Services for North Memorial Health Care and Executive Director/Regional Director of Operations for Intrepid USA Healthcare Services. In their most recent role as Regional Vice President - North for Nurse On Call Home Health Care, Laura was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's North region.

Laura Wilson has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota and is certified by the Minnesota Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
