Melanie McClure

Melanie McClure has extensive work experience in the field of labor and employment law. Melanie most recently worked as the VP, Senior Counsel at Simmons Bank starting from February 2020. Prior to that, they were a partner at Cox, Sterling, McClure & Vandiver, PLLC from November 2008 to February 2020. Melanie also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law from January 2010 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, they held positions as Senior Counsel - Employee Relations and Director - Employee Relations at Alltel Communications, Inc. from October 2002 to June 2008. Before joining Alltel, Melanie worked as a Senior Associate in the Employment Law Practice Group at Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP from March 2000 to March 2002.

Melanie McClure has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. Melanie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of Iowa.
