Treloni Flournoy

Treloni Flournoy, MBA, PMP, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2019 to present, they have been serving as the Director of IT at Simmons Bank, overseeing IT operations and strategy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of IT Business Partners and Business Relationship Managers at Simmons Bank from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they were an IT Business Partner and Business Relationship Manager, serving as the primary liaison between business units and IT and helping them align their technological needs with strategic objectives.

Before joining Simmons Bank, Flournoy worked as a Business Development Manager at ArCom Systems in 2017, where they managed bids and proposals, identified business opportunities, and developed successful solutions.
