Graham McDonnell

Graham McDonnell is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as People Director and Head of People Operations at Simmons Bars since May 2023, Graham has previously held ownership of Lollipop HR and the role of People Director at Real Eating Company. Additional roles include Founding Director at Wide and Narrow Smokehouse Ltd and Head of People at Adventure Bar Group, where Graham transitioned from Operations Manager. Earlier experience as a Human Resources Consultant and Head of Talent at Turtle Bay Restaurants further solidified expertise in human resources. Graham's career began at Be At One Cocktail Bars as HR Director, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Brighton.
