Carol Simmons began their work experience in 1972 at Salomon Brothers, where they held the position of Vice President in the Investment Banking department until 1978. Following their time at Salomon Brothers, Simmons joined Thayer, Ringoen and MacDonald as Vice President from 1978 to 1980. Carol then founded Simmons Company in 1980 and has served as President of the company since then.
Carol Simmons attended Columbia Business School from 1971 to 1972, where they pursued their MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
