Phil Vogrinc

Phil Vogrinc is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Pet & Technology at Simmons Foods. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Technology and Executive Recruiter, as well as a Recruiting Specialist for Enabling Functions at Tyson Foods. Previously, Phil held positions at Korn Ferry as a Recruiter and Coordinator and served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas. Early in the career, Phil gained experience as a Biological Technician at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and as a Non-game Wildlife Intern.
