Muniza Hashim

Muniza Hashim is a dedicated and experienced professional in the fields of education, data management, and machine learning. Currently serving as a Teacher Assistant at Simon Fraser University, Muniza supports undergraduate students in Computing Science and assists in research related to Parabix technology. Previous experience includes roles as a Machine Learning/AI intern at CABAR.asia, where extensive data analysis and forecasting model development were key responsibilities, and as an English Language Teacher at Native Camp, focusing on IELTS and TOEFL preparation. Muniza has also worked as a Data Manager at the University of Central Asia, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of company databases. Additional notable experiences include participation in the Startup Nation Hackathon and the NASA International Space Apps Challenge, along with a background in tutoring and editing for educational publications. Muniza is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Simon Fraser University after completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Central Asia.
