Rob Hilsen

Rob Hilsen is the Co-Founder of LookNow Agency, providing communications and analyst relations advisory services to B2B technology companies since December 2022. With a strong background in communications, Hilsen has served as Vice Co-Chair of the Alumni Council at Simon Fraser University since June 2021, advising on initiatives related to responsible investment and Indigenous culture. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in External Communications at Genesys where Hilsen contributed to a significant company repositioning and valuation, as well as leadership positions in analyst relations at Twilio Inc. and enterprise communications at Zendesk. Hilsen began a career in communications at Hootsuite and has engaged in volunteer work as a First Aid Ski Patroller. Hilsen holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Communications and Canadian Studies from Simon Fraser University.
