Mary Wilusz

Mary Wilusz is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, talent management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Simon Group Holdings since August 2024, Mary has initiated strategic assessments to enhance retention and attraction measures. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at BENTELER Group, where a significant reduction in voluntary turnover and cost savings in health benefit programs were achieved. Mary’s career also includes key HR roles at Henniges Automotive, TechTeam Government Solutions, Edcor, RDH Health Services, and TechTeam Global. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and an MBA from Walsh College, along with SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
