Brad Soper

Brad Soper is currently a Partner and Board Member at Simon-Kucher. Brad has previously worked as a management strategy and turnaround consultant, primarily assisting portfolio companies of a major private equity firm. Brad also has experience working in the Energy, High Tech, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Hotels, Airlines, Industrial Goods and Education Industries. In addition to their work experience, Brad Soper has also served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy from June 1995 to July 2004.

Brad Soper attended the United States Naval Academy for their Bachelor of Science degree and then Harvard Business School for their MBA. Brad has also attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Leading Professional Service Firms.

Brad Soper reports to Andreas von der Gathen, Co-CEO. They work with Kai Bandilla - EVP, Gunnar Clausen - Managing Partner Germany, and Omar Ahmad - Managing Partner Denmark & Executive Committee Member Healthcare and Life Sciences.
