Brad Soper

Brad Soper is the Managing Partner Americas at Simon-Kucher, overseeing the P&L responsibilities for the Americas Region with extensive experience in industrial industries. Prior to their current role, Brad worked as a Partner at Simon-Kucher focusing on commercial transformation programs. Brad also served as the Partner for the Industrials Sector at Simon-Kucher and as a Private Equity Operations Advisor. Before their career in consulting, Brad was a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy. Brad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
