Cheidy Garcia

Cheidy Garcia is an experienced professional in real estate leasing and management, currently serving as the Leasing Director at Simon Property Group since September 2018, overseeing Plaza Carolina and Tyrone Square. Prior to this role, Cheidy worked as Senior Leasing Director at DDR Corp. from January 2012 to September 2018, managing a Puerto Rico portfolio and leading a team to enhance tenant performance and occupancy rates across twelve shopping centers.
