David Coleman

David Coleman, CLS, CRX, currently serves as the Vice President of Leasing - Food & Beverage at Simon Property Group, overseeing food and beverage leasing for Simon Premium Outlets. With a career spanning several decades, David has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Senior Director and Director of Leasing at Coleman Realty Services, LLC, where retail real estate consulting services were provided to a range of retailers, and Real Estate Consultant at Sbarro, managing corporate real estate activities for over 400 restaurants. Prior to these roles, David served as Senior Vice President at Dom Portanova and Associates and Retail Director at Corporate Property Investors. David began a career in retail as a Buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue and has academic credentials including a BA from Penn State University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
