Joe Gerardi

Joe Gerardi is an experienced professional with a robust background in specialty leasing and visual merchandising. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Specialty Leasing at Simon Property Group since May 2007, Gerardi has held various roles within the company, including Vice President and Local Leasing Representative. Prior to this, Gerardi worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as Corporate Manager of Visual Merchandising and at Galyan's Sports and Outdoor as Corporate Product Manager before its acquisition by DICK'S. Additionally, Gerardi spent over a decade at JCPenney as Corporate Store Merchandise Planner. Gerardi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, earned in 1990.
