With a strong foundation in sales and marketing, Allison has held various roles within the family-owned business since 2010, including Sales Support and Regional and Digital Marketing Specialist, and briefly worked in sales at Simon Surfaces and Nordstrom. Allison holds an MBA from Youngstown State University and a BBA in Marketing from Duquesne University, reflecting a comprehensive educational background in business and management.
