Gemma Orobitg

Gemma Orobitg has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner EMEA and Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at SIMON since March 2021. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at Proarcai Management Consulting from October 2016 to March 2021 in Talent, Development and Performance HR, and at Adecco Group as an International HR Consultant from January to October 2016. Gemma holds a Master in Foundations of Psychology from Bangor University, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained in 2014. Additionally, Gemma participated in coaching education at Escuela de Coaching EDPyN in 2017.
