Pau Samo

Pau Samo has over a decade of experience in digital customer experience, marketing, and CRM management, currently serving as the Digital Customer Experience & CRM Manager for EMEA at SIMON since June 2010. Throughout their career at SIMON, Pau has held various roles, including Digital Sales Adoption Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, contributing significantly to the digital transformation of B2B and B2B2C customer relations and managing global CRM strategies. Additionally, Pau is the Founder and Curator of TEDxEixample and previously organized TEDx events in Lleida and Amposta. As an educator, Pau has taught marketing and branding at the Universitat de Lleida, complementing a robust background in consulting and leadership training. Pau holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Leadership and several specialized certifications in CRM and marketing.
