Adrienne Brodeur

Adrienne Brodeur is an accomplished author and executive director with extensive experience in the literary field. Currently serving as an author for Simon & Schuster since June 2022, Brodeur also leads Aspen Words at the Aspen Institute, a position held since August 2016, where the mission focuses on inspiring readers and connecting people through storytelling. A freelance writer since 2005, notable works include personal essays in the New York Times and several books such as "WILD GAME" and "LITTLE MONSTERS." Previous roles include authoring for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Random House, consulting editor at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Trade Publishers, and editor in chief of Zoetrope: All-Story. Brodeur holds degrees from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania, with a background in urban studies and public policy.
