Karina Aguilar Guerrero

Karina Aguilar Guerrero is a marketing professional with extensive experience in nonprofit coordination and educational programming. Currently serving as a Marketing Assistant at Simon & Schuster since August 2022, Karina is responsible for building promotional campaign processes, writing social media ad copy, designing promotional graphics, and analyzing campaign data. Previous roles include Coordinator of Volunteers at L.A. Works, where Karina recruited and trained volunteers using Salesforce, and Programming Coordinator at HomeWorks Trenton, where over $100,000 was raised for summer and semester-long programs.
