Rich Diviney is the Founder of The Attributes, established in September 2020, following a distinguished twenty-year career as a Navy SEAL Commander where involvement in the SEAL selection process revealed insights into exceptional performance. As a Contributor and Speaker for Talent War Group and a Speaker & Consultant for Dumanis Enterprises, Diviney specializes in optimal performance, resilience, and stress inoculation, leveraging their extensive experience in enhancing operator performance within Naval Special Warfare. Additionally, as an Optimist for Simon Sinek Inc., Diviney is dedicated to unlocking human potential for purposeful living and inspiring contributions. Formerly the Director of Outreach & Senior Facilitator at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute and a Navy Officer from 1996 to 2016, Diviney has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government / History from Purdue University.
