Paul LeBaron currently serves as the Chief of Police for the City of Hermosa Beach since April 2020 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at California State University-Long Beach since 2019. Additionally, Paul LeBaron has been an Adjunct Staff Member and Facilitator for the Simon Wiesenthal Center since 2001, focusing on training law enforcement and educators in cultural diversity, leadership, and racial profiling. As a Trainer for Parents since 2002 in the course "Popular Culture and Dangerous Drugs," Paul LeBaron educates on the impact of popular culture on youth. Previously, Paul LeBaron served as Commander for the Long Beach Police Department from January 1993 to April 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Management & Organizational Leadership from American Military University and various certificates in criminal justice and leadership from prestigious institutions such as the FBI National Academy and University of Virginia.
