Brandon Joy

Brandon Joy has a strong background in property management and real estate development. Brandon currently holds the role of Senior Vice President at Simone Development Companies, where they are responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing various types of properties in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Property Management at Landis, where they helped renters become homeowners by offering flexible rent-to-own options. Brandon also has experience as a Managing Director at Dalan and as the Vice President of Property Management at Stonehenge NYC. Brandon began their career in property management at Aimco Apartment Homes.

Brandon Joy holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
