Mark Ogg

Mark Ogg, MBA has extensive work experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Mark currently serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Data Center Operations at SimonMed Imaging since July 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of IT Systems and Operations at IRIDIUM SATELLITE LLC from 2017 to 2021, where they directed and led enterprise systems and operations, managing various teams and projects. Prior to that, Mark founded and served as the IT Director Manager Infrastructure at IT Infrastructure Manufacturing Leadership in the Phoenix area from 2017 to 2020. Mark also worked as an IT Manager at ABB from 2011 to 2016, overseeing infrastructure and security responsibilities for the US and managing teams across North America. Earlier in their career, Mark served as a Senior Network Engineer at Power One, an Upgrade Specialist at Blackboard, an Independent IT Consultant, and a Manager/Lead Network Engineer at Network Dogs, Inc. Mark began their career as an Optical Field Test Engineer III subcontracted to Nortel Networks. Mark has a strong background in network management, system administration, project management, and team leadership.

Mark Ogg, MBA, has a strong educational background in both Business Administration and Information Technology. Mark obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sheridan College where they earned Associate of Science (AS) and Associate of Arts (AA) degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business respectively. Mark has also pursued additional certifications, including ITIL Intermediate IT Continual Service Improvement from PeopleCert (obtained in 2021) and ITIL (2011) Foundations from APMG International (obtained in 2017).
