Rebecca Tancredi

Rebecca Tancredi is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent and Development at the Simons Foundation since March 2017. In this role, Rebecca leads full-cycle recruitment for a diverse array of positions and oversees onboarding, talent engagement, and compensation management. Prior to this, Rebecca held positions at Moody's Corporation and Allegis Global Solutions, focusing on recruitment coordination, as well as various administrative roles at Och-Ziff Capital Management and Perennial Resources International. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany, earned in 2013.
