Sravya Balla has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to present. sravya currently holds the position of Team Lead, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Simple Energy since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Team Lead at L H Industries pvt.ltd from June 2020 to April 2022. sravya also served as Teaching Faculty at CANTER CADD INDIA PVT.LTD from November 2020 to April 2021. During their time at these companies, they gained expertise in mechanical design and engineering.

Before that, they worked as a Research Project Associate at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) from June 2019 to June 2020, where they were involved in research projects. sravya also served as a Design Engineer at meridian services pvt limited from May 2018 to June 2019, contributing to design projects.

Sravya began their professional career as a Summer Intern at Meridian services pvt ltd in 2016, where they gained hands-on experience in the field. sravya also completed a Student Internship at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT in December 2015, further solidifying their interest in the industry.

Sravya Balla completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University from 2014 to 2018. sravya is currently pursuing a Master of Technology degree in Automotive Electronics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, starting from 2023.
