Michael Stesney

Computational Designer, Principal Investigator at Simple Homes

Michael Stesney has over 25 years of professional experience in the architecture and design industry. Michael began their career as an Intern Architect with Harriman Group in 1993. Michael then interned with TRA, Ltd in 1994 and Anderson Mason Dale, PC in 1995. In 1996, they worked as an Architect with Fentress Bradburn Architects. From 2007 to 2013, they were an Associate with Blue Architects. From 2013 to 2020, they were an Architect with Anderson Mason Dale Architects. In 2020, they became a Computational Designer with iBUILT Group and, in 2021, they were promoted to Computational Designer and Principal Investigator with Simple Homes.

Michael Stesney attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Building Science. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Computational Design at Carnegie Mellon University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
