Josephine Nicole Kinsey has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. In 2015, they worked as a Childcare Worker at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic School and also served as a Teacher's Aide at Little Lambs Preschool. That same year, they took on the role of Girls Volleyball Freshman Coach at Seton Catholic Preparatory. From 2016 to 2018, Josephine worked as a Barista at Starbucks. In 2018, they joined ASU Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Service as a Project Intern, where they worked on implementing the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) proposal for food waste reduction in schools. Josephine Nicole also conducted waste audits and researched ways to decrease waste. From 2018 to 2019, Josephine served as an HR and Accounting Specialist Assistant at Arizona State University. Starting in 2019, they joined Hazel Technologies, Inc as an Operations Administrator, then became an Operations Coordinator, and later moved up to become a Logistics Lead. In these roles, they managed and delegated tasks, developed order fulfillment processes resulting in reduced lead times, coordinated logistics inquiries with various departments, and implemented procedures for order fulfillment. Currently, Josephine works as a Procurement Analyst at Simple Mills, starting in 2022.
Josephine Nicole Kinsey attended Arizona State University from 2015 to 2019. Josephine Nicole graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability from the School of Sustainability, with a field of study in Society and Sustainability. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Global Health from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Besides their formal education, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn in October 2020.
