Bradley Dirlam

Bradley Dirlam has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Bradley began their career as a Technical Marketing Intern at Intel Corporation in 2014, where they planned and attended gaming events, managed devices at these events, and spoke with attendees about Intel's technologies. Bradley also supported a small team as technical admin. In 2015, Bradley moved to Microsoft, where they worked as a Services Advisor. In this role, they provided the best customer experience by keenly listening to and offering tailored solutions to customers, and received continual recognition for their exceptional customer service from customers, peers, and management. Bradley also pioneered several solutions for scalable Windows issues. In 2019, Bradley joined Simple Finance as an IT Support Engineer.
