Elisa Langendorf

Elisa Langendorf is an experienced customer success professional currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at simpleclub since July 2025. Previously, Elisa held various positions at Miro, including Strategic Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving growth and adoption for key enterprise accounts in the DACH region. Prior experience includes training roles at Personio, where Elisa was the first trainer for the Personio Academy, and also encompassed project management and customer training efforts. Further experience includes internships and student roles in corporate communications and public relations, as well as extensive academic achievements, including a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
